Safelite® is committed to be a responsible member of the communities where we live and work. This includes those outside our doorstep and those across the world. We touch many lives and must do what’s right: profitable growth means little if we're not responsible along with it.

We are accountable to our communities in three ways:

Ethics
We must do what's right, even when no one is watching.

This means living by our values and being accountable to how we treat one another in the office, in our stores and in the community. We reinforce this throughout our organization with legal compliance and ethics training, an employee ethics hotline and providing numerous channels for feedback and concerns.

Environmental
Environmental responsibility isn't just good for the planet, it's important to our people, our customers and makes us a stronger business. We believe "The Glass is Greener" on the Safelite side.

Our commitment to the environment means:

• Acting green (how do we do it?)
• Being green (are we always improving?)
• Selling green (is it part of all we do?)
