Do you offer wiper blades?
Yes, we offer quality Motor Trend™ windshield wipers, as well as Bosch Evolution flat blades,
for an additional cost at the time of service. However, installation is free at the time of auto glass
service with purchase of the wiper blades. Because most major driving decisions are based on having a clear,
unobstructed view, experts recommend replacing your windshield wipers every six months or 6,000 miles.
Continuing to drive with worn or damaged blades can damage your windshield, so it's important to make sure
you have adequate blades when you have your windshield repaired or replaced.

Service Process
How do I know if the damage can be repaired?
If your windshield damage is smaller than the size of a dollar bill, it may
qualify for repair. To get a windshield repair quote or to schedule, click
here.
What is the difference between OEM and OEE glass?
We manufacture and install OEM-equivalent, or
OEE, auto glass. This means that it is essentially the same piece of glass
that is installed at the time your vehicle is made, with the only difference
being the windshield manufacturer.
Our glass meets or exceeds all federal, industry and safety standards, and
we engage in some of the most rigorous product testing in the industry.
Will you replace the stickers on my windshield?
Our trained technicians will remove all affixed stickers and items from your
windshield for easy application to the new piece of glass. Check with your
state licensing agency for additional information on required inspections.
How long will my repair or replacement take?
In many cases, windshield repairs
can be performed in 30 minutes or less. Windshield replacements will often
take 60 minutes or less, however, we recommend that you do not drive the
vehicle for at least one hour after service is completed.
How long will it be before I can safely drive my vehicle?
Our technicians use the best materials, including the industry's first adhesive
with a one-hour drive-away time for windshield installations. The technician
will advise you if any additional time is required.
Does my vehicle need to be in a covered or heated area?
Inclement weather makes installations difficult without cover. If possible,
please have shelter available.
My rear view mirror is attached to my windshield. Will the technician
attach it to the new windshield?
Yes, our technicians will remove your rear view mirror and attach it to your
new windshield prior to completing your service.
Can you guarantee that the chip or crack will be invisible after the repair
has been completed?
No. A windshield chip or crack repair is used to prevent further damage to your
glass and to restore the structural integrity of the vehicle. While each incident
of damage is unique, with most successful repairs, a slight blemish or imperfection
where the impact occurred is normal. In most cases, you should expect the cosmetic
appearance of the repair to show some improvement as compared to the damage prior
to the repair.
Will you vacuum my vehicle after service?
Our technicians will vacuum any glass pieces found in your vehicle's doors
as a result of glass breakage.
How soon can the job be completed?
In many instances, we can get you scheduled for service to be completed the
very next day. To view the next available service appointment, please see
the Schedule Service pages or call
877-800-ASAP (2727).
Will I have to wait with my vehicle?
It is not necessary to wait with your vehicle; however, please have your car
keys available for the technician.
Will the technician call me before he/she comes?
Yes, in most cases the technician will call prior to arriving to complete your
service.
How does the repair process work?
Performing a windshield repair is a
highly technical process that involves cleaning
and treating the damage with specially designed resins and tools. In many cases,
the damage can be repaired by one of our trained technicians in less than 30 minutes.
Will any part of my vehicle be harmed during the repair or replacement
process?
No, your vehicle should not be damaged during the repair or replacement process.
If necessary, precautionary measures, such as protective drapes, will be taken
to ensure that no damage occurs during your auto glass service.
How do I cancel/reschedule an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact a customer
service representative at 877-465-5225.
